Local storage
To remember your work, the calculator stores the profile you enter in your browser's local storage. This can include financial amounts and assumptions. Local storage is different from a server account: it remains under your browser's control, but anyone who can use the same browser profile may be able to access it.
Cookies
The calculator does not intentionally set advertising cookies. The hosting platform or connected infrastructure may use essential technical mechanisms for security, routing and performance. Those mechanisms are controlled by the relevant provider.
Optional analytics events
The app can publish basic, non-financial interaction events to a page analytics layer. Examples include starting the path, viewing a result, opening assumptions or clicking a link. Entered financial amounts are not included in those event payloads by the calculator.
Share and email actions
Share uses your browser's clipboard after you press the button. Email opens a mailto: draft in your own email client. These actions are user-initiated; First Million Path does not send the email or maintain a shared financial profile.
How to clear data
Use your browser's site-data or local-storage controls to remove the saved profile. Clearing it may reset the calculator on your next visit. You can also use a private browsing window if you do not want a persistent local profile.
